Our Mission

Waynesburg University’s Stover Center for Constitutional Studies and Moral Leadership is an interdisciplinary scholarly center dedicated to bringing insights from the U.S. Constitution’s Founding Era and from Christianity to bear in the contemporary public square, with the ultimate goal of creatively transforming the ethical state of the polis.

Scholarships Benefits

Stover Scholars receive $5,000 each year to apply toward tuition, up to an additional $500 toward the cost of academic conferences, and up to $1,000 to defray the costs of an internship.

The Stover Scholars program invites applications from outstanding students who would like to understand—and ultimately to influence—the way the United States Constitution shapes American life today.
